Ukinvest has branches in both Australia & the UK enabling us to source  and negotiate the price  of the properties in the UK as well as manage the property once the purchase has been made. You will be guided through the entire process by one of our trained consultants  in Australia. 

By registering with us you will receive alerts when properties become available! It is imperative that you have your finances in order and are ready to purchase as soon as a property that suits your requirements becomes available. One of the major factors in being able to achieve these great discounts and positive cash flow properties is the ability to settle very quickly.

When a property becomes available the purchase price will have already been negotiated with the owner as displayed, as well as the value, discount and estimated rental income. In some cases a video of the property will also be uploaded to the site for viewing.

Once you have chosen a property to purchase you will be required to put down a holding fee of £1000.00(approximately $1500.00) which secures the property. When the property has been secured you will work closely with our consultant to arrange finance, if required and proceed to settlement of the latest addition to your property portfolio!
